The Tunze Delta Rock can be populated with marsh plants or it can be used in marine water for mangroves. It allows for corals and plants to flourish within the aquarium, providing a home for any aquatic life and contributing towards the PH balance within the tank.
It consists of a highly porous ceramic stone with Live Rock Function, and has a great indentation to accommodate corals or the root section of plants. This coral aquarium decor enables you to add decorative elements onto the aquarium glass pane, which is unusual compared to other forms of coral aquarium decor that usually reside on the floor of the tank.
How to keep aquarium decorations from floating?
Thanks to the two strong magnetic holders, the Delta Rock is suitable for aquariums with a glass thickness of up to 12 mm (½"), which stops the rock from coming loose and floating to the top.
Under water it can be loaded with corals with a dry weight up to approx. 2.2 kg (4.8lbs) at a glass thickness of up to 12 mm (½"), and with a glass thickness of 15 mm (2/3") only up to a dry weight of 1 kg (2.2 lbs).
