Potassium is an essential element involved in a variety of cellular processes, e.g. the maintenance of membrane potential and signal transduction.

Potassium is consumed in the aquarium. Therefore, the potassium concentration should be checked regularly in the laboratory. Targeted supplementation works best with our ultra pure potassium supplement. For permanent care we recommend our ATI Essentials.
