What is an Aqua One Betta Trio tank?

The Aqua One Betta Trio tank is a tabletop tropical aquarium specially designed to cater for the needs of tropical Betta fish. This sensational Betta trio tank is a 32-litre aquarium with 2 opaque separation walls, allowing you to keep a single Betta in each of the three separate tank spaces with the same aquarium equipment shared across all three. Betta species struggle to be kept in the same take as they will often become distressed and aggressive. This tank can also be used to create micro aquascapes and hold small fish and shrimp.

Can I keep Betta in a normal tropical tank?

Unfortunately, due to the aggressive disposition of Bettas (also called Siamese Fighting Fish), you must keep the species separately or they are likely to attack their cohabitants. Some Bettas can be kept with shrimp and even some small fish but many will end up attacking anything else they share a tank with. However, Betta's personality makes them great pets as they will often interact with fishkeepers and have even been known to play with Betta toys.
