 Maintaining a consistent water temperature is crucial in most aquariums, particularly in those where the inhabitents dwell in tropical temperatures.Aqua One's range of glass heaters allow you to set your desired temperature, and the thermostatically controlled heater will work to help you maintain the water temperature by switching itself on when it detects that the water temperature has dipped below your desired level and switching itself off again once the temperature has raised. These heaters are easy to set using the twistable dial at the top of the unit, and the easy-to-read display on the front of the heater shows what temperature you have set it to. The highly visible power indicator will show you at a glance when your heater is operation, and when it has shut itself off as the correct temperature has been reached. PLEASE NOTE: It is advisable to set your heater to a degree above your desired temperature to allow for variation.
