How do I place an order with your dropship service?

Placing an order through our dropship service is the same as placing an order for any other product on our site. Simply select the aquarium you would like, add it to your basket, and proceed to checkout as normal.

What is the minimum order requirement for your dropship service?

At present, there is no minimum order requirement for our aquarium dropship service. All aquariums available on our site can be purchased through this service.

How quickly do you typically fulfil orders through your dropship service?

Once we receive your order, we complete a dropship request with our Southampton based fulfilment team. They will confirm availability and estimated dispatch time, and will also reach out to you to arrange a delivery date that is convenient for you. This is typically 4-5 business days from their receipt of your order, provided that the stock is available. We are unable to guarantee against delays caused by situations outside of our control; such as adverse road/weather conditions, industrial action, or road closures.

What are the shipping costs associated with your dropship service ?

Mainland UK addresses* benefit from our “Free shipping on orders over £50” offer; however there are some exceptions to this – such as aquariums greater than 120cm in length and delivery to certain postcodes - where a surcharge must be paid. How do you handle returns and exchanges for products purchased through your dropship service?

If you have changed your mind about the aquarium you have received, and wish to return it, then contact us at support@aquaticsrevolution.com. We will arrange an uplift for you from your address. Aquarium returns MUST be returned in their original retail packaging, undamaged, and secured to a pallet as all aquarium returns are completed by a pallet courier company. Aquariums not properly prepared for collection will not be accepted by the courier. Once the aquarium arrives back with our supplier they will inform us and providing the aquarium is in the condition in which the warehouse expect to receive it, a refund will be processed, less £80 + VAT to cover freight costs and returning this item.

Can I track my order once it has been shipped through your dropship service?

No. All aquarium dropship deliveries are untimed, kerb side deliveries; delivered Monday to Friday. You will be contacted to confirm a delivery date for your aquarium. Time slots cannot be provided. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are present for the delivery of your aquarium. If nobody is present at time of delivery it will be returned to the warehouse and a rearranged delivery will be organised at a cost of £35).

How do you ensure the quality of the products you ship through your drop ship service ?

Our warehouse fulfilment team are highly experienced in preparing aquariums for dropship delivery. They take great care to ensure that your new aquarium is securely attached to its pallet and ready for transit. On rare occasions damages can occur during transit. It is your responsibility to check what has been delivered to you, ensure that you are satisfied with the item, and that there are no damages to the product before you sign for it. We cannot accept responsibility for any damages to your aquarium once it has been checked and signed for. It is therefore essential that you are satisfied that your aquarium is in good condition at the time you take delivery. If the aquarium is damaged at the point of delivery, you should refuse the delivery and contact us immediately. We will assess the damage and either arrange for replacement parts or replacement goods. If we are notified after 24 hours of the aquarium being delivered then we will be unable to replace it.
